Italian Property Hunter (IPH) is a property search engine focusing on the Sicilian
property market. IPH and our Sicilian partners have over 20 years of real estate
and property development experience and have a network of experienced agents throughout
Malta, Italy and the United Kingdom who are ready to assist you with your Sicilian

IPH recognise that purchasing a property in any emerging European market is not
easy due to knowledge and linguistic barriers, but also because you may not always
be present to look after your property or ensure that it is tenanted. We understand
